Driving all drugged up is bad news, and killing people in the process should carry more of a sentence then what these people customarily get. Have seen the same thing with people texting while driving.

Damn one drunk driver (in this case I think drugged) can mess up life for hundreds. Thats why I also ways hated drunk drivers and did my best to get them off the road and into jail.
One of the dead was a little girl. That is what is really terrible. I feel so bad for the folks who were injured and the families of those that were killed.
