• That doesn't really have much bearing on what the cops may or may not have done to him after he was in custody. All that this does is negate the screams about "illegal arrest."

• Conservativetreehouse Is saying Donta Allen, the guy the media is telling us was the second guy in the back of the police wagon, was NOT in the wagon with Grey. So there is no retraction of the original story, grey was throwing himself around in the van.
  The cop on Hannity last night said Allen was the second guy who bolted from police with Grey. Allen is also a police informant.
  Putting the Kelly File cop interview, the Hannity cop interview and the conservative treehouse story together an image of a drugged up kid, who didn't want to go to jail, starts slamming himself around in the back of the wagon, strikes the bolt in the wagon and a freak accident occurs. Negligence maybe, criminal misconduct, no.

• The liberal lefts house of lies.

  • Yea, well she'll be picking jurors. What do you want to bet they cross reference the Democrat registered voters with the county welfare roles, and the list of all misdemeanor charges leveled against residents, to come up with the primary 200 "random" jurors?

    • They were urging people to register to vote today so they can attempt to stack the jury with prejudiced jurors. They probably just gave the defense carte blanche to get the trials moved to another jurisdiction.
