I used to live in Orange County, Anaheim to be precise, right down the road from Disneyland. The water, although it didn't taste good, looked fine in a clear glass. Put ice cubes made from it in the water, into your glass of water, and let them start melting, and you'd see a thick layer of white gunk forming on the bottom of the glass. That's when I ordered Sparklett's delivery.
It's a lot cheaper and easier to set up some desalination plants on the coast, but that would mean morons like Moonbeam would have to admit they were wrong.
Face it, ALL water is recycled waste water, ultimately. What came out of your tap this morning came out of a stegosaurus 20 million years ago.

I say let the people at CNN drink it for one year, then if nobody gets sick, it's safe.
I know it's not a real big sample, but it's bigger than if they had their viewers drink it.
