Gallaudet University fires diversity officer for being too diverse. Diversity is fine, apparently, as long you are diverse in a politically correct manner. Signing a petition favoring heterosexual marriage is going way too far.

Gallup just did the largest survey of its kind and concluded that 3.4% of the US population is LGBT. Last I looked blacks make up about 13% of the population.

But t look in the media, you would think that 40-50% of the world i gay and AT LEAST 70% are black!
Blacks are what, 18 % of the general population? Gays are maybe 9% so clearly gays are the bigger victims.
Gays are 1%, 2% at the most. The 10% estimate came from the Kinsey Report about a million years ago and everybody admits that it was a bogus number from the beginning, yet gays still quote it like it's gospel.
Unless you're talking about percentage of characters on TV shows, in which case it's more like 25%... and all of them funny, cute, well-adjusted, and healthy. You'll never see a suicidal, unhealthy, HIV-suffering gay character in a TV show.
And the ones touted so strongly really ARE cute. No one has a tv show with a main character that looks like Bawney Fwank. I actually guessed at 9%, trying to include the ones not yet "out of the closet" and those who are bisexual. Thanks for the more accurate number.
