This is settled science. In the time of Obama settled science means the theory never predicts correct results. Settled science is faith, con man faith. Settled science means not even able to regress for past events correctly.
NO! It can't be! We have all seen how faith based groups are savaged by this administration. Globull Warming can't be faith based, the administration embraces this like a long lost lover, furiously dry humping it's leg.
