I think the humor here is that Global Warming's posited effects are positive rather than negative. You see, when the global warming scam artists list their theoretical conjectures, they always only list negative effects. So this is funny, because those of us who don't drink the liberal Kool-Aid have long known that IF the climate DID warm, MOST of the effects would be positive.

Female mosquitos need blood to breed. Maybe all that money sent to put mosquito netting over kids' beds is starving the poor things. Or maybe we should remove the netting, so the scientists will continue to have experimental subjects!
Where is the EPA on this? Shouldn't they be doing something to preserve the breeding grounds for the mosquitoes? 8-)
EPA doesn't reach to Africa yet.
Maybe someone is sneaking DDT in to the country? The best agent for wiping out those parasites was DDT and, naturally, it's been banned by the do-gooder governments.
I can't stand skeeters either, having been born and raised in North Dakota where those bloodsuckers are the size of B52's. Now I live in southwest South Dakota where it's too dry for the little bastards.
Go to Alaska-they are frequently mistaken for birds! Seriously, they are huge, and VERY HUNGRY with a very shor breeding season.
The further north I drive from the Twin Cities, the bigger those bastards get, & they are agressive.

Look, I hate those damn things, I'm born & raised in Minnesota, so I'm only too used to them. They are parasitic bloodsuckers (sounds like a recipient class Demacrat voter), & I could do without them. I got eaten up badly while golfing in Winnipeg last summer. Unless the bats take care of them, we could do with less mosquitoes.
