Why don't we just bring teachers into the prisons and call it a day.
I would prefer Obama attending a 24/7 Federal Penitentiary.
The Hitler Youth program worked to make Nazis. This one, planned by the same kind of people, will have the same results.
I agree with Sec, Duncan that we need more juvenile prisons.
