The media has always been partisan but never in the USA has it been so one sided. that is not good for the nation.

(That's over 78 Billion) In other words, the odds are greater that you will win the Florida Lottery 342 times than the odds of having those seven IRS hard drives crash in the same month. But it's OK, we can trust this Administration to always get to the bottom of things. BTW, did they find yet the guys at BATF or higher up who really authorized sending all those guns to Mexico? Have the people at NSA who overstepped the bounds and gathered zillions of bits of private information of American citizens been identified publicly? Is the person who really was responsible for denying the request of the one Ambassador in the most dangerous post in the world for more security ever been determined? Just asking..... Well, as everyone knows, the fact that I am not a lawyer has never stopped me from expounding vociferously upon the matter of the law, so let me say right here and forthwith that I think you've broached a constitutional issue of the first magnitude. Yes, we all think of the President's pardon powers as being absolute but are they? Can he reach across the separation of powers and pardon an arrestee of one of the other branches? I think it will make great TV, that's for sure.
He can just wait for her to be convicted, commute the sentence, pardon her, and her pension will be reinstated.
