Israel is calling up 40,000 reserve soldiers for the Army. The response from the Obama administration: White House Mideast chief Phillip Gordon gave a speech in Tel Aviv blasting Israel for “denying Palestinian sovereignty, security, and dignity.”

Unlike Quagmire, the Israelis won't be taking this lying down. Don't be surprised if they kick Hamas's ass right back to Syria.
