This isn't a STRIKE strike. They simply want a few hours off to be with their families, eat turkey ans watch a game. Oh and screw the people who are also trying to get home to THEIR families for the same thing.

LAX is a terrible airport even when the workers are not on strike. To get on a plane there, you have to wait in long lines that often end far outside the terminal doors. It takes much longer than it does at O'Hare in Chicago, even though O'Hare has more passenger traffic.
Better get ready for a strike every time anyone dares to tell a SEIU employee to get back to work.
Get used to it, we're on the road to European style leftist unionism where they always shut down the airports and the railroads during the holiday season.

Gloom and doom. I didn't want it this way, I voted for Romney. Things are getting better for the middle class only if middle class means union workers.
It's not enough being thankful for a job, something many don't have. This administration and union leaders have taken greed to a new level.
