Hard proof that global warming forecasts were wrong

• Ya'll don't forget cow farts! Al Gordo also says that bovine gas, cow farts, is a major cause of globull warming and we need to stop it!

  The problem is, as I see it, is that human farts is a bigger problem. In the 1840's there were about 10 million buffalo and bovine types running around, farting all over the place, but only about 1 million people in the entire country. We didn't have a globull warming problem back then so what has changed?

  Now we only have about 2 million bovine type animals running around, including cows, but 300 million people living in the country. I think I see what the problem is now. We have too many people living in this country and they are all farting! Feed me some corned beef and cabbage, like I ate Sunday for lunch, and I can knock a buzzard off the proverbial gut wagon. This has to stop before all the polar bears are forced to hang around on the rocks at the north pole instead of sliding around on the ice having fun.

  Maybe we should use big corks and large hammers to stop all this gas passing. But, instead of up our asses, the corks should be hammered into all globull warming scaremongers mouths. There is more hot air coming out of Al Gordos mouth than ever comes out of my butt.

  • Is this like the housing bubble, only it's a gas bubble? If so, the quickest way to deflate the bubble is to eliminate all the vegetarians - everybody knows vegetarians produce more gas. Everybody who watched Blazing Saddles anyway.

• I keep saying, we are using about 110 years of recorded temps. The earth has been around for what, 6 Billion years? I say we have too small a sample to judge future occurences. Of course, CO2 is the baddy in global warming. CO2 is produced in part by exhalato of animals.. Now for years that wasn't a big deal, because God, or Mother Earth, or Gaia or whomeve made trees to conveniently absorb CO2 and release O2, which the animals need. So maybe we could look at not cutting down every tree and bush and covering every sqare foot of green with concrete. I could get behind that!

• Global Warming/Climate Change is the biggest fraud attempted since the tulip was worth more then gold in the 1600's. It's a total scam, & it should be criminally investigated.

• The biggest problem I can see with this revelation, is that AlGored will now claim that all the work he has been doing to raise awareness is working, and we have to work harder on it.

• And the green scam continues, the Commiecrats love it because the only green they're thinking about is printed on cotton based paper.

• The forces at work that have an affect on our globe's temperature are not caused by human behavior and are way beyond our control. AGW is an absolute scam that many of the ruling elite have used to line their pockets and gain more power.

• Global Warming = Religion = Most warmers won't change regardless what reality you place in front of them. What's funny is many of them are the same bunch of atheists who continually chide Christians about believing in something they can't see.

• How long before we hear the chicken littles shrieking "we got lucky. Now that we have this brief chance before the temperatures skyrocket in twenty years and catch up to the predicted trend, we must adopt Kyoto now now now now!!!"

  Of course now that there is so much natural gas being fracked out of the ground and replacing previously coal-burning power plants that we will probably meet the Kyoto CO2 targets anyway, they will have to come up with a new plan to get us back to the stone age.

  The problem with the 95% predictions was this:

  No one on any side disputes that CO2 is a mild greenhouse gas, and that a doubling (or so) will cause a 1 deg C rise in avg world temp. The real differences are in the domino effect that will set forth (such as increases in water vapor, a much more serious greenhouse gas - technically not a gas, but that's a moot point). The AGW alarmists claim that another 5 degrees is the "most likely scenario".

  But "most likely" is not a term used in science the same way it might be used in March Madness. There is a specific mathematical procedure to determine that. And it relies on DATA. You have to have a sample of occurences to study and extrapolate from.

  Now, how many occurences of AGW, or any kind of GW do you suppose we have, along with knowledge of all the other variables that existed on this earth at that time? The last (current) global warming trend began 10,000, (or 15K, or 20K, whatever) years ago when the glaciers receded from Missouri and the last ice age began to end. Before that? Who even knows when, much less all the details.

  The answer is zero. Leaving only one way to determine 95%, 75%, 67% or any percent probability.

  You make up a number.

  And then call it "science".

  Now not only do we have a basis for questioning the temperature predictions, but what the jury is still out on is the assertion that all of the effects of GW will be bad. That's one I'm not buying.
