    • OK, I found the complete role call vote, sorted the YEAs by state, and marked the Dems that either voted YEA or didn't vote.
      I would appreciate any insight as to the Dems that are on this list. I know that Lautenberg from NJ either didn't show or was confused, so he didn't vote. He's a shithead and total Leftist, so it makes no sense to me that he didn't vote no. I hate that man with a passion.
