She's half right but omitted the condition under which businesses and corporations don't create any jobs- and that is when they're attempting to operate under liberal repression. In that situation they often have to shed jobs in order to survive.

In this case Cankles is pretty correct. Corporations do not create jobs. Corporations provide incentives to grow jobs but rarely are major prime job creators. Corporations buy companies that have lots of overlap and thin the redundancy. Now small business does create the lion's share of new jobs because they are either niche operations or are growing very fast.
This is why Obama's "recovery" has been a recession. Obama and the fascist democrats are against small business by making regulations and high taxes along with Obama-democrat care that makes people not want to start or expand their small business. The big corps have the big government fascist democrats fixing their small business competition out of business.

Every job I have ever had was with either a corporation or a business. I was offered a government job once, but I do have a small amount of pride.
Jukin, most small businesses are organized as corporations. Hillary is dead wrong. Even when one corporation buys another and displaces workers, additional jobs eventually are created as the company continues to grow. The displaced workers usually find work with another company as it grows and needs more employees.
Your second paragraph is spot on.
I had six small businesses in my life. Two were single proprietor , one was a partnership, and the other three were LLCs. All of those I don't consider corporations as none of the C corp laws and regulations applied. My comments were toward large C corps.
