This thing has Cass Sunstein's stink all over it. This regulatory czar, accountable to only Obama, scares the hell out of me. He's on record as favoring the abolishment of the 2nd Amendment, supports the notion of allowing animals to sue humans. But, more to the point, supports goverment agents monitoring the internet, social networking sites and chat rooms.
He also is an advocate for punishment of those who use these media for the posting, advancing or participating in, his words, conspiracy theories. Also included in this would be those who partake in anything 'politically incorrect'. Post anything that questions Obama's eligibility for the presidency, count on a 'visit' by some government jack-booted thugs. Dare to post "Global Warming is a crock" or question whether people are born 'gay', same result.
This is nothing more than an effort on the part of the Obama administration to establish and maintain an Enemies List. Be afraid. Be very afraid.

Mr. Napolitano just likes peeking in windows and looking up other peoples business. You know Drudge can be dangerous and could actually bring in massive amounts of dope and kill people along the border. And those guys at Drudge who wear turbans are always up to no good.....Too Bad Mr. Napolitano doesn't worry about terrorist and shit and just concentrates on anyone who doesn't agree with Dear Leader. I hope she has a stroke, while speaking in public.
These cocky oligarchs, statists, and commies don't seem to be too bothered about constitutional law, because they'll make their own as they go along and we'll take it because that's what the media and Hollywood tell us to do.
Don't bother protecting our borders, or anything like that. It seems that anyone who dosen't agree with this adminstration is to be closely watched.

“Big Sis” isn’t just in charge of terrorism, immigration laws, securing our borders and disasters anymore. Janet Napolitano has been assigned a new job, which definitely wasn’t on her job description. She’s the new watchdog now who is monitoring our freedom of speech – the department of Homeland Security has written permission to retain data on users of social media and online networking platforms.
Here’s the information from the Department of Homeland Security, January 7, 2012. Under the National Operations Center (NOC)’s Media Monitoring Initiative that came out of DHS headquarters in November, stating that Washington has the written permission to retain data on users of social media and online networking platforms.
Americans darn sure didn’t give Napolitano written permission to create a new center to monitor our social media. So who’s the culprit in Washington that gave permission to Napolitano?
Janet Napolitano has failed miserably in performing her duty as Secretary of Homeland Security. In 2009 she traveled with Eric Holder to Cuernavaca, Mexico. Here’s a blip from the office of the Press in 2009 about the upcoming trip. “The trip will highlight Secretary Napolitano’s recent announcements that DHS will shift resources to the U.S.-Mexico border to better support ongoing efforts to quell the southbound gun and money trafficking that fuels cartel violence. “
In a speech to Attorney General Medina Mora and Secretary of Government Gomez Mont she detailed and layed out DHS part in monitoring the Fast and Furious gunrunner operation. In October 2011 under oath she said, “She has never spoken with Attorney General Eric Holder about “Fast and Furious.” Another day – Another lie!
Napolitano actually helped Eric Holder craft the Fast and Furious gunrunner operation in April of 2009. Holder and Napolitano launched the operation in a speech to Mexican officials in Cuernavaca, Mexico. This is the speech by Holder as posted on the DOJ website:

Janet seems to be affected with the Obama disease PRA (Psychotic Radical Affliction) as is demonstrated by her many comments on National TV that our borders are more secure than ever…
Here is what the sheriff of the year, Arizona’s Pinal County Sheriff Paul Babeu said about Napolitano’s mishandling of our illegal alien problem and the drug cartels. “Why isn’t the secretary of Homeland Security speaking to these threats?” Babeu asked in a telephone interview with CNSNews.com. “Why does she keep trying to convince us through argument that everything is just fine to the point that she’s trying to hypnotize us into believing this crap.”
Mexico’s Attorney General Marisela Morales feels just like most Americans that Obama is connected to the Fast and Furious operation and she called the operation an attack on Mexican security.
Not one of the “triplets” Obama, Holder or Napolitano seem to care if two of our border agents were murdered by the gun walking scandal and hundreds if not thousands of innocent Mexicans have been murdered.
Napolitano can’t fulfill her original duties as Secretary of Homeland Security and yet she’s been assigned a new job by Obama to retain data on users of social media and online networking platforms. This is but one more infringement on our rights and freedom of speech.
Like Eric Holder, the Secretary of Homeland Security (Janet Napolitano) will lie under oath and lie on National TV and slither away from her responsibilities to secure and protect our borders.
Obama, Holder and Napolitano are despots wanting to fundamentally change our Nation via big Government. They want absolute control and rule of our beautiful America and all those living in the “land of the free.” Patrick Henry expresses my sentiments exactly.
Is life so dear, or peace so sweet, as to be purchased at the price of chains and slavery? Forbid it, Almighty God! I know not what course others may take; but as for me, give me liberty or give me death!

What could these people possibly be doing to warrant Homeland Security with their nose up everyone's tailpipe? PARANOIA? More taxpayer's money being flushed down the toilet. Why don't you investigate how much money the muslims here are sending to their terrorist buddies? Can't do that because Obama is a radical muslim? Sounds about right to me.
