Add that to the whole system being about as secure as a unlocked BMW in the projects, I'm surprised nobody has hacked in a redirect to a phishing scam site yet.

Do they really think anyone believes that they are performing "scheduled maintenance" at 9:30 AM on a Friday?
They could at least be honest about it and put up a page that says:
