Sure, Harry “Koch on the Brain” Reid will never let it come to the Senate floor and King Putts would veto it anyway, but so what? Why not just do a “Deem and Pass” thingy like the Kleptocrats did? King Putts doesn’t follow the law, why the hell should anyone else. Exemptions for everyone, not just the 1%!

They should attach a rider that if you refuse the mandate you get a rebate directly from the funds designated for Ocare.
