Actually, I mentioned a few weeks ago that I consider California to be a gerrymandered Senate district. They added Los Angeles and San Francisco just to make sure that the rest of the state, the reasonable ones, didn't have a say in the Senate. And they threw in Davis just to be sure.

I think Maher is pretty smart. After all, he figured out how to make millions by spouting nonsense on national television and that is a lot more than any of us here make for telling the truth.

Yet another testimonial to the utter stupidity that abounds in this country. Not Maher so much, although he is a clueless blowhard, but the IDIOTS that actually pay attention to these "entertainment" clowns that are generally pretty dumb, mostly drug users if not complete addicts (who is entering rehab today?), and totally ignorant of how normal people work, earn money, and live. They should simply stay on the scripts that are written for them.
