• Looks like that pumping didn't work in the UK. Terrible news for those over at the treasury dept.

• They are only 80 Billion in the hole, hell, have that that truck driver looking Fed Chairperson Yelson print em 80 billlion, the US taxpayers will be happy to cover it.

• I hate banks, B of A sold my mortgage to their ugly bastard step child called Greentree mortgage, a slimy bunch if there every was one, they can't get anything right....The use to be a check cashing place until B of A bought them to dump mortgages into...During the economy crash, my house was upside by a few thousand dollars, ANY mortgage that B of A had like that they dumped on Greentree, or as I like to call them, Dead tree....I am going to stick with my credit union for the refi....No bank, never again, they all suck, and this is just proof of what happens when idiots run an economy..doesn't matter what country it is in, when socialist shitheads get their hands on the money..its gone...

  • I use a Credit Union, I still don't keep all my money there.

    • Well, if you read that profiling story to the end, you'll see that the site is decidedly leftist.

      It's also illegal for TSA agents, or anyone else in an airport to stop someone from filming their activities, but they still do THAT, don't they?

• Doesn't surprise me. They have been very loose with their credit card distribution, almost as much as Bank Of America. They basically give credit cards to anyone, with very little verification. BofA is worse only because they openly marketed their cards to illegal aliens without Social Security numbers, therefore they have no recourse when the cardholder defaults.
  Too bad, I know several of my customers from Canada that have all their money in HSBC.

  • Apparently, while no one was paying any attention, the rules were changed(executive order?) so that now, when you put your money into a bank, it immediately becomes the bank's money, and the banklers will dole it out to you as they see fit. See how easy it is to fix capitalism!

    • It fits with the most opaque administration in modern history...

      The bit struck me almost as depositors having to apply for permission for access to their own money- in a process somewhat similar to applying for a loan... as though the bank sees all accounts held as being their possession to be doled out at their discretion. The account holder has to furnish an approved reason for the withdrawal or it would be refused.

      Frankly THAT is full justification for an angry mob to descend on the bank with reasonable violence--- and sadly furnish the powers that be justification for imposing martial law.
