Just heard on the news is that the gun was stolen in a car burglary about a month ago in SF and it was not the agents service weapon. That being noted we have to wonder what kind of moron leaves ANYTHING in a car in SF, especially a firearm. There are so many car burglaries and tourists aren’t the only ones getting ripped off. Update: Another station is reporting it was the agent’s duty weapon. Regardless, it was the agent’s gun.

  • And the problem goesboth ways. Today we heard a local woman was fraudulent using attorney names and bar numbers to.access illigal immigrants. She promised to.help them with their cases, but simply pocketed the money. Another story revealed a local restaurant chain location had been screwing its cooks , waitstaff, bussers, etc byworking them 60 hrs a week, but paying no overtime. I promise you, if it is ANY eateryin San Antonio, there are illegals working outof sight somewhere. The immigrants won't report, for fear of deportation. Proper immigration processes would benefit everyone.

      The issue here is that many illegals are willing to be slaves in order to be here and hopefully overcome that at some point, they themselves or their children... and the other side of the coins is that many American businesses are willing to have slaves and are okay with the situation as it is.

      If we eliminate all the issues here, all good ppl will benefit and the bad people won't and it won't leave space for the criminals.

      An illegal alien hit a car in Pinal County, Az., injuring a mother and her 2 children. He left the scene then returned later and was arrested for DWI. He has been deported 6 times in the past 3 years. He is a prime candidate for a tracking microchip and a plane ride to Terra del Fuego.

      • They have these things that they attach to the wheels of shopping carts, that if you take the cart past a set line in the parking lot, it releases a "boot" that surrounds the wheel and makes it hard to push the cart.

        They need something like that implanted in the head of a criminal illegal when they get deported. If you cross the border, your head explodes.

  • I have a question, that maybe a legal mind on this site can answer for me: the President and state governors have the ability to execute prosecutorial discretion because of powers granted by the U.S. and State Constitutions. However, I was not aware that these same powers were enjoyed by mayors/county leaders, that their roles are actually administrative in nature vice the executive nature of the others. The question is then if a mayor/city council decide to execute this form of prosecutorial discretion in making their city a safe haven city, and a known illegal immigrant is allowed to remain in the city, and that person commits a crime, does that create liability for the mayor and/or city council? I.e., the mayor can not negate federal laws, and knowingly using his position to fail to implement them, can they be held liable (outside of sovereignty) for damages by the victim of a crime perpetrated by an illegal immigrant known to the city/state?

    • That's too damn complicated for me but if I understand you right then yes, a Mayor and/or city council can be held accountable. The problem is in the liberal utopia we live in today the federal gooberment won't stand behind our own laws.

  • Kalifornia IS the auto burglary capital of the free world...and since it's a property crime the state basically goes, "Who gives a shit?"...Auto burglars now get a citation instead of jail time thanks to the demotards new lax sentencing rules....And idiots who leave guns in cars are just one of many reasons there are so many criminals with guns in this state....

    • The only reason you have more car thefts there than in Albukookoo is there are more people living in Kalifornia. This past May there were 50 cars stolen in just one week, in one city only. This number doesn't include any of the towns nearer the border like Deming, Lordsburg or Las Cruces, just Albukookoo.

    I noticed in the article that Feinstein calls him an "undocumented individual." Talk about a cat trying to bury a turd in the old sandbox! I was under the impression that she was one responsible for setting up and fostering the sanctuary city concept. Am I wrong? Regardless, she's making a conscious distinction that paints this man as not being an undocumented immigrant, but an undocumented individual.

      • I'm sure TSA clowns, like any other law abiding citizen can buy a gun. Maybe there should be an intelligence test instead of a background check for some people to buy a weapon.

  • Right here is the biggest reason I moved out of Kali! I used to live in McFarland, but now it might as well be some shithole Mexican border town...any shithole Mexican border town; you pick one for me. Then we moved to Bakersfield and I lived there until I joined the Army in '72' and pretty much left the state after basic at Ft. Ord. When I came back on leave, B-field seemed less and less like home and more and more like a foreign country and after I retired from the Army in '97', I returned one last time and by then I didn't even feel like I was in the US any more! No, I don't think I'll be going back to Kalifornication any time soon!
