Impeach Obama protestors arrested for… well, just because. Now we know where that rodeo clown went after he was banned for life. His name is Jenkins and he’s working for the Missouri Highway Patrol.

  • That's why I am not confident in police and militarydefending citizens when the round ups begin. Of course everyone thinks I have gone round the bendbecause i believe there will be round ups.

  • Another cop embarrasses the shit out of my profession.....Throwing someone to the ground? totally unnecessary...But I would be willing to bet this hammerhead has a liberal commander who can't stand anyone who hates Obama...I say impeach the son of a bitch....That's free speech, something they obviously don't teach at the highway patrol academy where this jerkoff went...

    • Well stated. I know what it's like to have a liberal chief. Thank goodness my shift commanders are as conservative as I am.

      As for the " brother" he needs to get a clue and remember you will always run into people who have different positions than you. That doesn't give you the damn right to bulldog them to the pavement. If you wish to bulldog something, join the Missouri rodeo. That seems to be the ideal place for quagmire worshipers in your state.

  • The OSW protestors tossed cars, damage businesses, deficate in public, steal, rape and intimidate ...but never on an overpass. That must be the underlying issue.

  • Well, in all fairness, the First clearly states “Congress shall make no law".
    Congress didn't make the law, Ossifer Jenkins did.

  • Ya know, I think I am totally weary of street protests about anything, anywhere, and anytime. Yes, some other protesters might have been treated differently and that is where the unfairness lies, but having a bunch of people occupying a public thoroughfare does impair the safety and access of everyone else and putting the arrest videos on tv just encourages more of the same. Everybody's mad about something. So what? Arrest them all and let the tv crews film them picking up the trash that people toss out of their cars on their way to work at the salt mines.

    • "Occupying a public thoroughfare" is spin. You're trying to justify the actions of an asshole cop. They were on a sidewalk. They offered to move if the officer thought they were causing a safety hazard. Either the citizens of America have the right to gather and speak or we don't. According to the Constitution we do, according to Officer Jenkins we don't if he doesn't like it.

      Here are two things you know, I know, and God knows: one, they were not a safety hazard; and two, there will be no prosecution or charges filed. I am normally a supporter of the police, but across the nation I am seeing more and more overreach. We are too close to outright tyranny in this country to be handing out blanket forgiveness to every stupid dumbass cop who decides his best path to advancement and promotion is to crack down on politically-incorrect protestors.

        • Yes, I'm a Libertarian, dues paying and card carrying. And I blow up people and property all the time. No,.... wait. I don't. Never mind.

      • Yeah, political incorrectness here was the issue, not safety. I agree with your perspective on how the laws are enforced - to benefit those in power. Wish there were a way to change that. I can't remember ever having my opinion changed or swayed by a street protest and I think that's where my main frustration lies. I agree with what these people are saying wholeheartedly and have for five years, but it's not happening and I hope we don't get to the level of protest that's going on in Egypt.

        • I don't know. Once I would have agreed, but now it doesn't seem like we have the option of changing things at the polling booth. Our candidates are chosen for us, groomed for office in secret places, and blackmailed into compliance if they aren't willing to acquiesce to the program. The occasional Ted Cruz is never going to be enough to stop the train ride to statist hell.

            The ones that get me are all the stories about no-knock search warrants being abused. The police get the wrong address or mis-investigate and the next thing you know innocent Americans have their door knocked out of the wall, guns pointed at them, men screaming at them, and they spend the night sitting on the floor in handcuffs. In Maryland state police did that to the mayor - a local cop came by and they said, "This guy says he's the mayor," like it was a joke. "He is the mayor," replied the local cop. They still didn't remove the handcuffs, nor did they ever repair the damage to his house. That mayor is now leading a movement to end no-knock warrants.
