Good news! Mass. crime victim won’t be prosecuted for stopping crime. Man sees his truck being broken into by armed druggie, man punches out druggie and stops crime, police arrest man. What’s wrong with this picture? Nothing, it’s Massachusetts! DA dropped charges, but said don’t do that again. As Sen. Martha Coakley once said, “In Massachusetts we try and discourage … self-help.”

This is another reason why I wouldn't live there anymore even if I got paid and free healthcare. That state is gross.
Obivious and her kind , love the rapists and criminals WAY more than the victims . Goggle -- Martha Coakley child rape ( Jeffrey Curley raped and murdered ----- Kevin Winield raping a two year old with a curling iron , but wait his dad was a Union Fund Raiser for Coakley ) .

Lessee. I just read that the average time for police response is 23 minutes. Yep, when seconds count, the police will be there in about a half an hour. Massachusetts is getting as looney as Kookafornia.

Criminals have been given more rights than victims.
