Yea, the appointments are as legit as his long form birth cert.
If lil eric ever faces an impeachment panel, I wonder if he will claim. "I was just following orders" or "I'm a political appointee doing as I was instructed". The jails and prisons are full of people that make these statements or similar ones all the time.
It's time to impeach this lying ass hole from DoJ and then turn up the heat for him to talk or face some length prison time.
It WOULD be nice if he were to implicate Obama on his way to jail, though.

Given the reports of late, I am not sure I believe ANYTHING the Justice department says! And Eric Holder is certainly the LAST person on the planet who should be arguing legality!
