IPCC chair RK Pachauri cancels trip to Nairobi after second woman complains of sexual harassment. Evidently Pachauri has too much global warming in his pants. Maybe Al Gore can help him alleviate it.

So basically, the director of the IPCC created a hostile "climate" in the work place.
