• OK I will not make fun of him. It is possible for a woman to use her power and position to essentially rape a man. Rape is much more than just contact and insertion of anything into anyone orifices. It is about power and control and getting something from someone through coercion and that can include violence and forceful penetration but sometimes like in this case it doesnt have to.

  With that said. This man IS a fool. He allowed her to manipulate him AGAIN with fake ass crying. He should not drop her from the suit. This man although I do feel bad that he was raped and how he felt afterwards and the betrayal by her and so on, is a moron and an idiot in how he is handling this situation.

  My last point is that it isn't fair especially if he is going to drop her that I and you have to pay for this. I did not rape him and the IRS did not rape him, this bitch raped him. He should have called the police and let the law handle it and then just civil sued her. Going for millions of tax payer money is not correct. I understand he may have suffered and felt betrayed because he was treated like a ho, okay but we are not at fault for his bad judgement. Since she was acting incorrectly he could have stopped it by going over her head and showing all the nasty texts to her boss.

  • Believe it or not, in the late 70's, I had a male friend in the Navy who claimed he was accosted by three women in a van and raped. Lord knows what kind of crap he got on the Coral Sea for months over that one. It was even in the Oakland Tribune. My comment was man, I'm going to Alameda and looking for a white van with three chicks in it next Friday.

    • You see... if I were to say the same (your last statement) after hearing that a female friend got raped by three men what would you think of me?

      It is very easy to assume that men cannot be raped or abused in any way, I disagree. I have know of cases of women raping a man and inserting horrible things into his body and so on in order to humiliate him and so on. I just feel like if he believes he was raped considering that he knows what that will do to his name I will believe him. I just believe though that he handled the situation prior to his rape badly and he is handling the situation wrongly now.

      If the same had happened where a male IRS auditor was doing the EXACT same things, wouldn't it have been proper of me to go to his boss and make sure that I got the real help needed and get that guy to stop? If I had recipocrated the texts hoping to get him to help him and then he came to my house and raped me, even though obviously bad that he did that, wouldn't I be partially culpable?

      it is a tricky situation...
