As long as no one is willing to say enough, it will continue. Elrond Hubbard is right this is a scam used by all races and people. The best way to stop it is simple. If you seek and receive government assistance and you keep having kids, the assistance does not increase one red cent from the day you signed up for it.
No more money coming in, watch the birth rate decline dramatically. It’s the perfect form of birth control.

Does this mean that eventually if you are a working taxpaying american citizen then you will be funding every illegal in the country through your taxes? Or better yet, the illegals never have to pay ANY TAXES. We need to do away with the IRS. They are nothing more than legalized marxists. I pray that someday soon we might get polititions in the congress to shut down the government enough so that the citizens won't have to be ripped off and suffer from the theiving the gubment doing.

Saw this during my past life as a CA atty. We would investigate suspected fraudulent car theft claims. Those poor folks whose car was "stolen" also had money problems (go figure). We'd ask for their tax returns and 9 times out of 10, they would show that Mr. Car Junky paid about $2,400 in taxes for the year, and was entitled to a refund of the entire amount. But our great government went further and also allowed them to take the Child Tax Credit, so they got MORE money back than they originally put in! Pissed me off every time. If your tax liability is zero, then that's fine. Why oh why we gave them additional money could never be answered. Idiotic!
Hey, it's the Earned Income Credit, a scam that's abused by people of all races, ethnicities, colors and creeds. Over half the people who claim the Credit are not entitled to it; it takes the IRS 2-3 years to disallow the credit and bill the scammers for their false claim. Guess how many repay (either voluntarily or otherwise)? Can you say virtually nobody? Take it from a retired Treasury Dept. employee, the EIC is complete bullshit and Congress should be ashamed of itself for not abolishing it.
