IRS caves on Lois Lerner documents. “If there’s not a Holy Grail email in this round of documents, then we’re not going to find it.” We’d have more confidence Congress is getting everything if the data had been released by a 3rd party, a la the Climategate or NSA stuff. Unless they’re slow Lerners, 8 months of stonewalling is plenty of time for IRS bureaucrats to dispose of anything really incriminating.

Just offhand I wonder if paying an outside vendor to shred evidence can be written off as a business expense... stray and completely off topic comment, I know. To the discussion I have absolute complete faith that everything will be intact as a wholesome and upstanding agency like the KGB... errr.. I mean IRS will be forthcoming as Ms. Lerner was when she invoked her Fifth Amendment right against self-incrimination when asked to testify about an affair that our own wholesome, good, and honest to a fault messianic uniter-in-chief declared to have not one smidgeon of corruption.

Eight months is a long time to put technology to work in finding the little crumbs of things that just might sink the whole damn ship.
Call me a skeptical of anything that is coming from the IRS and this administration. Just remember they were not spying on Americans were they, until Snowden blew that lie right out of the water.
