    Jay Carney (when still White House press secretary), without any conclusive investigative findings, said the IRS targeting of conservative groups was initiated by two low-level rogue agents in Ohio. That was a big lie.

    President Barack Obama, during an interview, without any conclusive investigative findings, said there was not a "smidgen" of corruption in the IRS targeting and loss of Lois Lerner's email. That was a big lie.

    Yesterday, Representative Trey Gowdy (R, SC) schooled the sitting IRS Commissioner, John Koskinen (testifying under oath before Congress), about "spoliation of evidence" - the intentional or negligent withholding, hiding, altering, or destroying of evidence relevant to a legal proceeding (administrative, civil, criminal).

    Mr. Gowdy continued by explaining the concept of "negative inference" - that conclusion which a jury is free to reach when damaging evidence is no longer available (the common sense assumption being that the evidence's original state was purposely altered or destroyed).

    And Mr. Gowdy took his argument and train of logic to Jay Carney and the President noting they wrongly inserted themselves into the IRS targeting and missing email investigation.

    Though Mr. Gowdy did not say it, from his brilliant presentation a logically thinking person can only conclude that there is also "negative inference" to be drawn about Jay Carney and President Obama. That is, both are - party to spoliation of evidence - corrupt, criminal, and liars. And that applies to others, too.

    Considering the cumulative deceit (e.g., Fast & Furious; Benghazi; AP Reporter monitoring; NSA data collection; IRS targeting; etc.) linked to The White House, there is but one conclusion: The President has turned the People's House into one big lie. He, nor the esteemed office he temporarily holds, has not earned trust and respect. In comparison, his gross incompetence (if that's what it is) pales.

  • Of course the BHO gang destroyed the evidence. No surprise there. But the important point is this. Now that they know congress will do nothing but express outrage for the cameras on such actions, he and his government/democrat party gang members can feel confident and free to destroy the other mountains of incriminating evidence on all the other scandals before they may need to depart office.

    • It's getting near the end of the republic, these thieving bastards will steal the shirt off your back on their way out of town.

    • Get a length of 4" PVC pipe, a 4" PVC cleanout with threaded cap, a 4" PVC glue on cap, a can of blue PVC glue, and a couple of rolls of Teflon tape.
      Cut the PVC pipe to desired length with a saw and glue the cap to one end and the cleanout to the other end.
      Wrap the threads of the cap with the Teflon tape about 6-8 times, making sure to wrap it in the same direction as the threads so it won't unravel when you start screwing it into the fitting. Fill the pipe with your valuables and cap the pipe. You now have a waterproof safe for your valuables that can be buried in the yard, under a compost or fertilizer pile, or hidden in a wood pile.

      • BTW, the 4" pipe is best because it can accept most pistols and long guns with the stock removed. If you need something bigger, go to a local pipe supply and you can get 6", 8" or 10" green PVC pipe like is used in sewer projects, which will accept any weapons and valuables you can think of.

  • Hey the story keeps getting better and the lies less believable. Does anyone truly believe any of this shit they are spewing? It shows just how desperate and blind they are.

    Its time to get their affairs in order, that way when the reporting date comes. They can go straight to jail and begin serving that long sentence each and every last one of them have coming to them. That includes quagmire, the wookie and every last cabinet person within this administration. Both present and past.
