If the IRS does their job as well as most of the government goons, they will likely be sleeping in the seats during the sermons, since they will be hung over from the night before. You don't really think they will forego their Friday and Saturday night partying to make it to Synagogue or Church sober and awake, do you?
There goes the rest of the 1st Amendment. Here is hoping the 99 ministers, priest and rabbis sue the IRS and force this into the courts. This is a clear violation of the 1st Amendment. During every changing of this country it was the ministers, priest and rabbis who pushed the social changes from the pulpits. The creation of this country was preached in the churches. The opposition to slavery was preached from the pulpits. The battle for the Civil Rights during the 60s was done from the churches and synagogues. So what are the aithiest afraid of? They have no beliefs, yet they attempt to tell others what they can hear in their places of worship.
The first one they need to 'MONITOR' should be that black communist one Obama went to for 20 years and listened to the Rev. Wright "God Damned America" in his sermons. Yeah let the chickens come home to roost there with the IRS for a while.
Who is going to monitor the atheist organizations? Are they not also 501(c)3 groups? How about we get the Westboro Baptist Church to monitor them...One nut group watching another overseen by federal morons who have no idea what they are doing.
I'm going to be applying for my 501(c)3 status when I get home from this charity trip that starts tomorrow. I guess I have to watch what I say now.
At one time I would of thought this will awaken the sleeping giant. The Church. Now I wonder if anything will before it's too late. This should awaken even nonbelievers to the fact that we are losing our freedoms and rights.
