Despite Hillary and Halfbright, I think John Condiment Marryswell (I stole that from someone) has slid to the top of the list of buffoons.
Difficult to say as the democrats have had a long string of stinkers at this position. If we were using the BCS format to choose the loss leaders he'd be in the top 3 or 4 for sure. But, as soon as he lets the Iranians build a nuke he'll shoot straight to #1.
