ISIS releases ‘Kill List’ of US cities

• Nothing SE Oklahoma. Nothing in the entire state! Having lived on the largest artillery post as a child and living near a huge munition plant now, I wonder if this list is real. Not that I wish for Muslim radicals (funny how each "religious" group, be it political, sports, or whatever has a "lunatic fringe" of true devotees) to blow themselves up here. It is curious, that's all.

  • Altus AFB?

• Colorado Springs makes sense, in a way. 5 military bases in and around here. That said, it'd be hard for any of them to pull something off for that very reason. Support for military and open carry are very strong here. But, alas, Gov. Lickthepooper has said he'll import the terrorists.

  • Air Force Academy.

• OK, I just spent a half hour putting together a list of what might be targeted for each of the cities listed, and it got 404'd.
  I'm not about to do it again, but there are lots of military bases, tourist destinations, casinos, reservoirs, etc.

• No Texan targets? Damn it, now I'm offended!

  • Texas: Abilene, New Braunfels, San Antonio, Wyle, Fort Hood, Bedford, Kileen

• What? Nothing in New Mexico, home of the atomic bomb? Maybe the sheetheads are a little skeered of us? (snicker)

  • Farmington is on the list.

• Barkhamsted,Conn?!? I grew up in Conn.and never heard of it! For the curious -- http://connecticuthistory.org/towns-page/barkhamstead/

  Only possible significance is that it's home to a reservoir which feeds Hartford, and is the historic home of the Hitchcock chair.

  Nothing in Massachusetts? Try harder, fellas, I'll give you some tips on Fall River.

  • i'll post it again, but thanx for the facts on barkhamsted, since i thought it was in mass.....having lived in ct for 38 yrs, i was interested.. my screenname says it...it was another great town

  • thanks for the link....i lived in ct for 38 yrs (bethany...) and i never heard of it! i thought it was in mass? yet we have been to the hitchcock chair company, when ct had one of their great fairs in october... hartford was named after my husb's ggf x .... have fun muzzies

• Shreveport/Bossier during deer season, are they INSANE.

• Considering the amount of money I lost in Reno on One armed bandits, I would hope they take that one out first....

  Really? Where did these mutton head come up with this list? Achmed picked them out out of a jar?

  The only two that appear to have any value are the Cities in North Dakota and South Dakota with an Airbase outside each of those cities. Although I think Mohammed and his merry band of stupid would have trouble getting by the guards without being well ventilated...

• Really? They picked Middleburg, Florda? What did they do throw a dart at a map? That is a "nothing" town, few people, spread out, mostly trailers but some neighborhoods with single family homes, one Winn-Dixie...you want Wal-Mart you have to drive 30 minutes to get to Orange Park. (yep that's where I went to birth my 2 babies) They would be more or less would be destroying wetlands and wild life not people and businesses. (yes, I lived right smack dab in the middle of a swamp, all kinds of critters in my yard every day.)
