Talk about the jv team, I tried to give him the benefit of the doubt... I really, really tried. But I blew him off last summer and after the "losing" our freedoms by closing the borders comment, Common Cored and this, I'll take my one vote, energy/time and whatever $ I can spare in defeating his ass.

I liked Dr. Carson til he opened his mouth about guns and cities. He honestly believes guns are the problem and not the people who misuse them, ergo he sides with His Nanniness; wants to take them all away thinking that will solve the problem.
Huge problem, but other than that...
At the same time, he is an honorable man overall, and I don't believe he would work towards taking guns away.
I think you're right and I like the guy. It's just having something so ass-backwards gives me pause about some of his other unstated views. But then when you look at the alternatives...

I hope you're right, but doctors seem to be at the forefront of that movement.
I think they just need to realize that criminals will always get their hands on illegal guns, from outside the country if necessary. Determent works better than anything, unless all guns in the world disappear.
In which case, doctors would be up in arms about knife wounds.
