Joe Biden says we’d need more stimulus even if we had the greatest economy in the history of economies. “Look, we should be doing all of this stuff even if we were growing by 8 percent, even if there was a 3 percent unemployment rate in America,” Biden said at an event on Thursday to promote the legislation. “We need better roads, we need better bridges, we need safer streets.” And lets not forget smarter vice presidents. We definitely need one of those.

Huh. And here I was thinking that's what our taxes was for. Not for huge benefits and pensions for government workers.
He's right. Up tp a point. We do need better roads, safer streets, and better bridges. You know what we didn't need? GM and Chyslers bailout, ACORN, NPR, EPA, AFCSME, Planned Parenthood, NEA, PBS, Obamacare, this new jobs bill which will achieve nothing, the list can go on for days, but you get the idea.
One other thing we don't need, we don't need to be borrowing money from China to give away as foreign aid to other countries!
I'm sick to death of paying interest on loans we took for money that we don't even get to use here!
We need to stop giving "welfare" to every other country on the planet.
One more step we could take would be to tell any country that we are paying for the "privilege" of having a military base on their soil, that we are going to instead charge them for the added protection we are providing them! Let's see how that flies!
Exactly! With all the money, remember the 800 Billion stimulus package, wasted on the things you mentioned and others like green energy and union stimulus we could have the best roads and bridges in the world. Besides almost half of every dollar spent at the gas pump are for taxes. Where is all the money going? waste /wāst/

Technically, yes we do need a smarter vice president. But "smarter" alone is not really enough, since your average macaque would qualify.
