• Not only does he accomplish the mission, he does it again and again!

  • Only if you consider the mission is to make people think he accomplished the mission.

• The only thing being decimated is the country's credit rating.

• When the WH said decimated, they meant take what we said and divide by five

  • weelll, if you look at kick and PD's posts, you'll see he actually got it right this time, although purely by accident.

    • That is what I was thinking that he actually did not lie. They did destroy in tenth the group and people just believed what they wanted to believe.

        • It probably wasn't even an accident. Just like PsychoDad implied people no longer know the true meaning of the word and Obama just didn't go explaining what he meant. He probably took it to the border when he said that they were on their heel and they were on the run... it is perhaps STILL true, but of course failed to state that they could always recuperate and come back again, which everyone pretty much predicted.

• If these idiots actually knew that "decimate" is an old Roman term that means killing one in ten, they would have chosen a different word.

  • Well be fair, it's a LOONG time since anyone has insisted on the literal meaning of THAT word. Ironically though, it sounds like maybe AQ was more literally "decimated" than otherwise!
