If I were in charge, the judge would be getting a new apartment house next door full of perverts.
The PoS who harm children have no future. Let them die a slow painful death. As for the dip shirt judge. What are they going to say when it's one of the children grand children niece or nephews? If you are convicted of harming a child you are a garbage and deserve the fate that awaits you.
Cure all here is to simply start executing these predators immediately after sentencing.
Right.... let's be honest... just get it done. If there is no way that this person didn't do it and was legally convicted and sentenced then just take him to the next room, shoot him or hang him and be done! What's the problem? Sure it doesn't end freaks' behaviors, but that is not the point, the point is that THIS freak is done. The victims KNOW that, so they can move on and the country doesn't become a ward of a freak... and everyone else that is sentenced to death... yes I know that sometimes there has been mistakes or miscarriage of justice in cases of murder and rape of adults... allow him or her one appeal with a year of preparation... once the appeal goes through and found that the person did it... just kill the person and be done. If indeed there was a mistake which in this day and age of technology shouldn't be very many, I don't mind tax money going to pay the family for ten years worth of that person's salary.
Just kill them, be done why are we feeding and housing freaks?
With .22 short rounds. Start at the ankles and slowly work your way up the body, making sure to hit all the most painful spots, then shoot a few dozen rounds through the eye sockets.
OK so who wants to have a sex offender living next door? I rest my case.
If they're an ACTUAL sex offender, I wouldn't be happy, but if he were to try something with any of the kids on my block, they would end up with terminal lead poisoning. But then, I live 2 doors down from a Sheriff's Deputy and his CCP wife.
I've been saying since NJ passed it's first Megan's Law back in the mid 90s If they're so dangerous then why are they being let out of prison?
I lived in central NJ when that went down, my mother lived around the corner from the family at the time. What was the scumbag's name, Jesse Timmendequas, something like that.
Lock 'em up and throw away the key. Those perverts never actually rehab, they just pinky swear over and over again to never do it again.
Yeah, I'm not sure the judge isn't right on this one. If they're dangerous for the rest of their lives then keep them in prison. It sounds like a sentencing issue in that case. If they're not dangerous for the rest of their lives then we shouldn't curse them with permanent public ostracization. Pedophiles I understand never get over their urge for children, but for every pedophile on those lists there's a couple guys who were 18 when they had sex with a 16-year-old, or got caught peeing in public, or got drunk and streaked through a wedding reception. If they're not dangerous, then at some point we have to let them try to lead productive lives.
Then the laws need to be rewritten. In the cases that you described at the end of your statement they are not sex offenders just indecent exposure or underage sex with a adult teenager... they must be classify apart from sex offender.
"... but for every pedophile on those lists there’s a couple guys who were 18 when they had sex with a 16-year-old...
Exactly. I live near Sturgis SD and during the rally a guy took a leak behind a bar and ended up on the sex offender list for life for indecent exposure. That kind of BS needs to stop.
Must be state law or something. I have an indecent exposure (skinny dipping in a remote part of a state park, youth and alcohol at play here) charge and am not on the offender list.
You're not on the list, but you sure do sound like a LOT of fun!!
Yeah, I think it is a state thing. But even aside from the indecent exposure guys, who we would probably all agree don't belong on a lifetime sex offender list, there's the guys who definitely committed a crime, did their time, and now face a lifetime on the list. Like the linked article says, we don't even do that to murderers.
Because for the most part, murderers are not wired to murder. No cure for sexual predators, they're wired that way and will continue to offend. If it suddenly became illegal for JP to have sex with women, you going to obey the law and start sucking d***? Nope, you re going to break the law to have sex with women, because that's how you're wired.
I agree. Some guy who was taking a leak shouldn't be on it to begin with. Problem is in California you give them an inch and they'll be letting them all out.
Actual sex offenders need to be put on a rocket to Mars.
People that got tagged with this for something stupid like what you said, need to be cleared.
How do we deal with sexual predators in light of this decision? Lock them up for life, or in serious cases, execute them.
