Judge Napolitano: NSA Leaker Andrew Snowden “An American Hero”

• This guy, regardless of his future motives, thought enough about us to expose the NSA's crimes against us as a whole. The reason I included his future motives is because of the Spain incident. You know he might have information for some more countries, and they would be willing to pay or protect him from being prosecuted. His leaks might put innocent U.S. citizens in danger. He should never accept any beverage offered to him in any country, especially tea.

• One of the sharpest legal minds in America today. Judge Napolitano is also a small federal government libertarian person as well. If the judge states that Snowden is a hero, then who am I to argue with him.

  • It's certainly not MY government. I didn't vote for a single one of them.

• He's a hero. Period! John Beohner recently stated that Snowden put the American people at risk. No. He only put the credibility of the US Government at risk. Notice I didn't say 'our government'? There's a reason for that.

  • I think Snowden could put innocent U.S. citizens in danger by exposing the NSA's unlawful actions against other countries than just ours. He's popping off information to different countries, sounds like a good recipe for war.

    • Try harder. The more that comes out, the worse they gov't looks. Snowden looks like he's the lynchpin for exposing the massive scale of a surveillance that the socialists of the early 20th century could only dream of. His fate my be less then great, but his actions are a good thing.

• Journalism 101: if it's bad news for conservatives, it's called a whistleblower. If it's bad news for liberals, we call it a leaker.
  Off topic: It is now easy and legal for a child to get birth control. A lung transplant, not so much.

  • I see what you're saying but with no fewer than five scandals and only 24 hours in a day, we need a clearly defined scandal coverage rotation.

• I think his name is Edward, not Andrew. But I agree with the good Judge. Snowden seems to be a true hero. Still reserving judgement for now, but he seems to be!
