After picking Sotomayor and Kagan Ginsburg doesn't trust boy blunder with her replacement nomination.
At least we are finally getting rid of her. If Obama names her replacement, we lose nothing, but if a Republican does, we gain a seat.

I get your point oodd, and it's a good one. But on the serious side of that coin, it's written nowhere that a Supreme Court Justice must be a judge, or even a "lawyer" for that matter.
I am reminded of the Beach Boys song, "Wouldn't It Be Nice" if we could replace Ginsberg with a conservative justice? What the hell, I may as well wish for world peace while I'm dreaming.
