Obama made it clear that this is not Islam.
I guess they are trying to use the nominal Muslim reasoning. That there maybe people calling themselves Muslims but really aren't and what they are doing is not a representation of the religion nor is it sanctioned by the religion.
I can understand that as a Christian I am aware of so-called Christians or nominal Christians that do or have created havoc in people's lives, but they are not at all Christians. Under some circumstance I would have bought such a reasoning.
The weird thing is that if I formulate the fact that there is a difference between nominal Christians and active/working Christians, even in the most intelligent, convincing and factual of ways, certain people will not have it as a valuable reason nor argument. They will insist that all Christians are bad, etc.
Interestingly enough this doesn't seem to happen to Muslims overall. When the same people that accuse Christians of being crazy will state in the same breath that not all Muslims are bad and that the crazies are sabotaging the religion of Islam. The problem is of course that unlike Christianity as I stated above, Islam DOES promote hatred, violence and the lot of evil in a lot of its part be it oral or in writing and its historical application in all of its history from its creation. Soooooo not sure how exactly that argument wins over the fools, but for some reason doesn't seem to work for Christians.

What is sad is that people like Kerry don't get it, even when they say EXACTLY what they are, what they stand for, & what they intend to do. Islamic State is all about imposing their religion onto the rest of the world, & if you don't submit, they will kill you. They don't hide their intentions, & we have people who still don't get it.
