Kings County shrink claimed to work 141 hours in one week. Yup. $515,700 in overtime taxpayer money. Anyone who doesn’t catch this kind of fraud ought to have their head examined. But don’t worry, comrade. He paid back $21,600 of it, so it’s all squared away.

LMAO @him being a "doctor." No way. The bum is a shrink - he might be a doctor "wanna-be" - but with a "degree" in psychology, he is little more than that to me - a "doctor wanna-be." I bet every test this idiot had in undergraduate school was multiple choice - and no doubt, better than 75% of his undergraduate tests were open book. No way this slacked can be deemed a "doctor" - even if he claimed to work 3, 898.98 hours a week.
If he has a doctorate in Psychology, he did more that multiple guess tests. In graduate school one has to write papers, write and defend a thesis, and in this case do hours of clinical practice. You may not see psychology as a science, but give hm credit for his degree. After all, a PhD is the original "doctor." Physicians and Surgeons came much later.

There's 168 hours in a 7 day week. (24 x 7) -141 leaves this guy 27 hours of free time. In this free time he's supposed to sleep, commute, shower, eat, dress. 27 hours div x 7 days = leaves 3.85 hours per day to do all this. Someone should lock his ass up for fraud. There's only 120 hours in a 5 day week, figure it out.
