Lincoln, along with Roosevelt and Johnson are three Presidents Obama said may be greater than him in a "60 Minutes" interview. Obama said those Presidents didn't have the challenges he has had. Lincoln only had to deal with the Civil War and the almost certain knowledge that his assassination was coming. Roosevelt only had World War II and the Great Depression to deal with from his wheelchair. Johnson only had the Vietnam War and the fraying of the nation's social fabric. Heck, Ronald Reagan only had the Cold War and Carter economic policies to overcome. George W. Bush only had a little thing called 9-11 to deal with. Kennedy only had a little Cuban missile crisis to death with. Oh, what President has had more on his plate than Obama! (wringing my hands)
Poor, overworked and overstressed Obama. I feel so bad for him, what with having to deal with all those golf courses with their sand traps and water hazards, and then there's Moochelle with her constant vacationing. I don't know how these people can possibly want another term with all the trials and tribulations they have to deal with!
