In Illinois this wouldn't even qualify as a misdemeanor.

Well, guess getting convicted for theft certainly burnishes his qualifications for being in congress, especially in the Kleptocrat Party. He could be one of their leaders if there weren't so many bigger crooks ahead of him in the pooping order.
