OK, I'm not an AFC fan, so it matters not to me, but it just appears every time the Patriots win, someone screams about them cheating.
Seems to me that if they were going to cheat, they would have done it when they played the Giants in Super Bowl.

I just knew this whole story -- somewhere or everywhere -- was gonna turn into an endless torrent of double entendre. Patriots -- they really put their balls on the gridiron.

As for the NFL, this might be the stupidest conspiracy theory ever, since if it was true it would have helped the Colts more than the Patriots. The ostensible reason for deflating the balls was to help the quarterbacks throw the ball in the rain. Since the Colts were relying almost 100% on their passing game, while the Patriots were busy running it down the Colts' throats, who got the benefit?
Given that the officials have thevball after c.f. each play, howvdobthey fi g ure this was done? Poor losers.
