Want an explanation for how people like Gavin Newsom and Jerry Brown get elected? Want an explanation for why Californians keep voting for higher taxes and stupid laws? Here it is.

  • As a history buff one thing I’ve learned through it all, is that those in power. Be it a monarch, a dictator or some other form of a ruler. Most strives to keep their people ignorant. This allowed them to hold sway and influence over them. This is what you’re seeing in dip shit controlled states. With those not educated to a certain level, they feel as if it’s easier to control. Sadly this is the case. When you ask those who are less educated why they vote a certain way “cause the government will take care of me”. One of the most stupid and sad statements to hear.

    • It's true. William Tyndale was burned at the stake in 1536 merely for translating parts of the Bible into English, because the Catholic Church did NOT want the people reading the holy book for themselves, oh no. Ignorance is what gave the priests their power.

  • Trust me, I see them every day, driving, in line shopping, even at the shooting range....Dumber than a box of dirt. And Newsome is proud of his state?????? He's dumber than the idiots running loose.

    • Yeah. I used to go to Targetmasters in Milpitas. I never saw so many bullet holes in the walls and ceiling at a range in my life.

  • Well, isn't that interesting!
CA, NY, NJ, RI, MA, CT all fell on the poorly performing side of that survey.
MD, HI, and WA barely made it over the hump to the better side.
All those high and mighty states that keep telling us how they're smarter than those of us in the South and flyover country, can't quite prove that now!
