1. He is an evil man... Not all liberals reach this level of evil, so I can say that there has got to be normal liberals out there who should be outraged at this.
2. You can't scream "Fire" in a crowded place, when there is no fire, knowing fully well there is no fire and hoping for mayhem and destruction. You are not protected by the Constitution under that circumstance. I believe the same applies here. Cops should have been sent to his home or his place of work to inform him of that and if anyone raises charges against him, he will be arrested and if he does what he says he is going to do, they will definitely arrest him and seek for prosecution.
3. Nutty liberals like this should ALL be imprisoned or placed in a mental institution.
See my above, he starts with “I guess what I’ll do if I’m ever in that situation”, which makes it a conditional statement, not a direct threat. You can't do anything about conditional threats/statements.
