Liberal lunacy: San Francisco to force naked residents to keep a towel handy. When I told Mrs Editor about this story she said, “Well, at least they’re required to wear a towel.” “No,” I replied, “they can walk around naked. The law says they have to put a towel under themselves when they sit down in public.” I can’t tell you what Mrs Editor said then.

Here in my state if a man is busted taking a leak in the woods or along side a road he can be charged with criminal sexual assault. Even if he thinks he's alone and out if view.
So how is it that in pelosi's hometown guys can walk around with their units swinging and it's not a crime.
Forcing another person to view yer junk is sexual assault- plain and simple.

We are in a bit of trouble when the minority opinion rules out the majority opinion, and then form laws based on those same principles.
Next up for vote in city council? Allocating funds to help the poor purchase and launder towels so they can be in compliance with the ordinance forcing them to carry a towel.

Exactly. They're straight, but they tend to confine themselves to a small "parklet" area right off Market Street in the Castro.
Interestingly, a lot of commenters on the SFGate website are Castro residents, both gay and straight, and are not happy about this. They feel as if their neighborhood is taking a beating from a PR standpoint, and that in the name of common decency it's just over the top.
We have to remember that San Francisco is Nancy Pelosi's home turf.
