EPA Administrator Lisa Jackson’s fake email identity was so good… it received employee awards. Richard Windsor, the illegal email identity created to avoid disclosure of Jackson’s unethical behavior, was even awarded a certificate for ethics and records management… surely some kind of record for irony.

As for the health insurance question: yes, I had regular federal employee health insurance but it didn't do me any good - every time I went to the doctor he acted like I wasn't there.
This practice brings up a whole host of questions. Some of which are really worrisome. What if these people are sending all kinds of emails about illegal activities under false email accounts? How do we EVER find them?
I guess it's about time that all federal employees need to use their SSN or other *official* number to set up accounts. Maybe let them have multiple accounts if they have a good reason for it, but require them to set them up with their official ID.

As a former federal employee let me assure you no new laws are needed. What Lisa Jackson and a couple other Obama appointees have done is strictly illegal. New laws aren't needed - what's needed is an attorney general willing to prosecute Obama appointees for breaking laws that are already on the books.

MOST people, when they make a separate account for "special" emails, will make it a variation of their own name. Like L.M.Jackson@, instead of Lisa.Jackson@, How weird is it to make a whole new identity? I wonder if he got a separate paycheck?
Maybe she created me so she would have someone to cuddle on those long cold winter nights.

I am wiling to bet that Mr. Windsor not only was on the payroll but received some nice bonuses and more than a few raises--all of which are now in a secure account in the Caymans. Probably got free health care, too!

Yeah, a non-existent entity they kleptocrats can blame on an inner departmental office prank, while we taxpayers get stuck footing the bill for both the damage they do and the cost for the investigation into the damage they do. It's a win-win...for them, especially since they'll have one of their buddies head the investigation.
He'd also probably make a better President than the one we have.
