• And Senator Mark Leno (democrap San Freakcisco) wants to give Kalifornia homeless a bill of rights, that would make this an assault on some vagrant. Personally, I think a high pressure water line with a one inch line and a fire nozzle would convince this random tinklers to change their ways.
