One year I claimed a family member that lived with us for over 6months, and we were his sole support. when he left and got a job, he claimed hims e lf, and MY claim was negated. I did my taxes and turned them in on time. By summer, they froze my accounts because I owed the IRS th e difference in tax anounts. But this bitch is totally unaffected? Bull!

Uhm, it's email. What email system is she using that is totally client based and has no presence on a server???? The emails were sent to and from some kind of server, right?
I use microsoft outlook. I could chuck my computer into the Grand Canyon, throw my iphone into the Atlantic Ocean and the emails would still be on the server. I could take a fire ax to the hard drive and it would still be there in a RAIDed array. I could burn down the building and there are two offsite copies.
Her hard drive takes a crap and that is the only copy?
