• Michelle Bachman used to work for IRS.. I've always imagined that had to be kinda hot

• Not buying this one, you have a better chance of getting hit by lightning then getting picked up by an IRS agent.

• Things like this never happen to me. I got screwed in an audit one time but there was no sex involved.

      I think it might be a good indicator, if she looks like Hillery or "The Mooch", guilty. If she looks like Palin, I might have to rethink that.

      • Something doesn't quite make sense to me...he claims the phone calls and texts began in August of 2011, the sex took place in September of 2011...and he waits until January of 2013 to file a civil suit seeking restitution from the U.S. government...but he never went to the cops to file rape charges against the woman???

        • Maybe it took him a while to decide he didn't like it. A man likes to be sure about these things. Or maybe he finally ran out of beer - there's a country song that goes, "You ain't no fun since I quit drinkin'!"

        • JP, you're grasping at straws to make excuses for this dog of a man wannabe and that's "You ain't *much* fun since I quit drinkin'!" Why didn't he try to find out who her supervisor was at the IRS if she was "coercing" him and have her fired? If what he says is true he had the evidence on his phone...he could have ended the whole thing in August of 2011, she would have been fired and he would have had to worry about any fines because the IRS would have wanted to deal with any scandals.

        • In all truth, we don't know either way. Both you and we are merely speculating without all the facts. It is possible that she looked like Helen Thomas on a bad day, without makeup, and his story is true.
          On the other hand, she could look like Kimberly Guilfoyle at her best, and he was cheating, and used this story to cover up when he got caught.
          Then, it could be somewhere in the middle.

        • One, I don't believe his story. two, if his story is true, He's a dog because he had options to stop it before it got that far. the evidence was on his phone all he had to do was meet with her boss. Three, he isn't sueing her or pressing charges against her, he is suing the government for employeeing her. Four, he admits that his girlfriend left him once she found out about the affair. and it was only after THAT, that he decided to sue. Cuz he can't have his cake and eat it too.

    • Phfffffffffffffffffffffffffffft...you guys are so gullible...this guy was prolly cheating on his girlfriend with this IRS agent he met in some bar. The girlfriend went through his cell phone, saw text messages, then busted on the boy, and he made up the coercion story to cover.

  • Depending on what she looked like, it could have been a penalty either way....This F*cking government is totally out of control....and the IRS is hiring more people like this.

• If he does have his receipts, this didn't happen in the eyes of the IRS.
