• I saw "Rizzoli and Isles" yesterday and I laughed because in the show they were having a heat wave. I laughed because of course that is as away from reality this year as it could be. Probably some leftie idiot did that to make a point about global warming without actually making the point about global warming... however in his or her defense the fact that there was a heat wave affect in a small way dead body. I just thought it was funny how a lot of shows and movies look forward to its release time and imagine a heat wave that at the time of the release there was none...

  This is what the weather or climate or whatever is all about... it is in the end not as predictable as one may think.

• In his defense, he is 24 years old = dumber than a box of rocks.

  PLUS he was educated in Canada in the days of Chicken Little and "An Inconvenient Truth" being shown in ALL school rooms across the country.

  Poor kid didn't stand a chance.

• What's that? He had an Obama phallus style seat?

• I would hope this is how this story ends...

• After this past summer, with my lemon peppers still green (should have been picking them 2-3 weeks ago), I'm ready to get my bicycle out (f the unicycle shit) and ride cross-country for some global warming too.

  • We already have leaves turning some and I've seen Canada geese flying over the house a few nights.

    • Hard to say about the leaves. Trees w/separate leaflets (ashes, black walnuts) normally drop earlier. Also, in NJ we have a fungus killing ashes, so that may be why they are dropping early - already have 2 dead ones on my property.

      We should be so lucky to see Canada Geese flying, as in away. The only thing that forces them out is full snow cover. And the moment the sunny spots expose some grass, they're back.

      • Our sumac is already changing, as are the early maples. Our ash trees have all been cut down because of the Emerald Ash borer. Nasty pest.

        Speaking of pests, you can keep all the Canada Geese you want. We have plenty to spare, eh?

        • Canada Geese need to be taken off the protected list, extinction is the preferred status for them.

• They forgot to mention his unicycle had no seat......
