Man wearing TIN FOIL to ‘prevent microwave signals from entering his head’ arrested for threatening to burn down four schools. Looks like we found a replacement for Alan Grayson (D-FL 9th District). If he ever gets out of jail he should immediately move to Floriduh and run for election in thre 9th District.

I had a call one night, a guy said that his head was being penetrated by "Flying Excrement".....He wanted me to make it stop, I made him a tin foil hat. He said all better now....I should check and see which district he represents in the Kalifornia legislature.
He had to have been in the Capitol building if there was flying excrement. Probably in Jerry Brown's office.
I suppose the Legislature will soon consider measures to control 'flying excrement violence'.
